A flow control valve regulates the rate at which the clutch is enaged but does not effect the disengagement action. This allows for quicker shifts while minimizing the shock load of the input shaft.

Clutch Masters FCV are unique to the market by allowing the user to interchange the supplied jets to find the desired engagement rate whiile never breaking the hydraulic system. This key feature is only found in the Clutch Masters FCV’s and creates a huge advantage because once the FCV is installed no more bleading of the system is required!
