This is a Private Label kit built by Clutch Masters exclusively for Ringer Racing

• VW Beetle 2.0t TDI 6 speed 02Q (2013-2015)
• VW Golf 2.0 TDI 6 speed 02Q  (2010-2015)
• VW Jetta 2.0 TDI 6 speed 02Q (2009-2015)
• VW Passat 2.0 TDI 6 speed 02Q (2012-2015)

 

Kit includes:

• Ringer Racing Clutch
• 23 lb Billet Steel Flywheel
• ARP Flywheel bolts and standard pressure plate bolts
• Alignment tool

Kit does not include a throw-out bearing. Option for CM Bleeder Block line kit to be used with OEM/OE style bearing.

Torque Rating at the Flywheel

• Stage 3 – 485 ft lbs
• Stage 3+ – 530 ft lbs
• Stage 4 – 620 ft lbs
• Stage 5 – 680 ft lbs

 

Hardware torque specs – Dab of loctite on all
10.9 or ARP flywheel bolts – 45 ft lb, 65 lb and then finish at 85 ft lb
Pressure plate bolts  – 25 ft lb
