Ringer Racing SA Clutch Kit – Audi/VW 2.0T FSI 6 Speed

This is a Private Label kit built by Clutch Masters exclusively for Ringer Racing

 

Applications:

• Audi A3 2.0T FSI (2006-2008)
• VW GTI 2.0T FSI (2006-2009)
• VW Jetta 2.0T FSI (2006-2007)

To be used with the stock FWD 2.0T FSI Dual Mass Flywheel

 

Kit includes:

• Ringer Racing Self Adjusting Pressure Plate Clutch Kit
• Alignment tool

Kit does not include a throw-out bearing. Option for CM Bleeder Block line kit to be used with OEM/OE style bearing.

 

Stage 2

• Heavy-duty street system
• Holding capacity 50% over stock
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• OEM Organic Disk

 

Stage 3

• Heavy-duty street & racing system
• Holding capacity 125% over stock
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• Steel backed Organic/Cerametalic Material

 

Stage 4

• Heavy-duty street & racing system
• Holding capacity 180% over stock
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• Full Face Cerametalic Material on both sides

 

Torque Rating at the Flywheel

• Stage 2 – 400 ft lbs
• Stage 3 – 475 ft lbs
• Stage 4 – 590 ft lbs

 

Options:

• Flywheel Resurfacing for customers in the lower 48 states only.

Ringer Racing will provide a RMA to the customer, the customer will then ship their stock flywheel to the address provided with the RMA. The price of the Resurfacing option covers the resurfacing and shipping back to the customer along with the clutch order. Customer much check to make sure that the flywheel is in good enough shape to be reused. Once the resurfacing has been done there is no refunds for the resurfacing.*
