Ringer Racing SA Clutch Kit – Audi/VW 2.0T TSI 6 Speed

This is a Private Label kit built by Clutch Masters exclusively for Ringer Racing

• VW Passat 2.0T TSI (2010-2013)
• VW MK7  2.0T TSI FWD 6 speed cars
• VW MK7.5 2.0T TSI FWD 6 speed cars

Can be ordered with a unsprung style hub disk to be used with the stock dual mass flywheel or with a sprung hub disk to be used with the CM single mass flyhweel.

• Ringer Racing Self Adjusting Pressure Plate Clutch Kit
• Alignment tool

*Optional Hydraulics:

• CM Bleeder Block for use with stock line
• CM Bleeder Block kit with SS clutch line (replaces stock line)
• CM Performance Throw-out bearing kit for use with stock line
• CM Performance Throw-out bearing kit with clutch line (replaces stock line)

• Heavy-duty street system
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• OEM Organic Disk

 

Stage 3

• Heavy-duty street & racing system
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• Steel backed Organic/Cerametalic Material

 

Stage 4

• Heavy-duty street & racing system
• Modified FSI Self Adjusting Pressure Plate
• Ductile Iron Casting
• Full Face Cerametalic Material on both sides

*Stage 4 can be made to be used on a dual mass flywheel but the flywheel must be resurfaced to have a smooth surface.

 

Torque Rating at the Flywheel

• Stage 2 – 420 ft lbs
• Stage 3 – 525 ft lbs
• Stage 4 – 620 ft lbs
